Abhijeet Gupta
Founder & CEO
Abhijeet is a PhD candidate at the University of Dayton specializing in the intersection of computer vision, large language models, and construction safety. His research has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at leading industry conferences.
SiteCortex grew out of Abhijeet's doctoral research, where he developed novel methods for contextual hazard understanding on construction sites — going beyond simple object detection to identify complex, situational safety violations.
His work has been validated by construction safety professionals and informed by extensive collaboration with industry partners, ensuring SiteCortex solves real problems faced by real safety teams.
